Reach the developers when something isn’t working. Messages are emailed directly and you’ll be CC’d, so you keep a copy in your own inbox.

Before submitting

Quick checks that often resolve the issue faster than a ticket:

  • LED behavior unfamiliar? Check the LED reference in the Device Manual.
  • SD card / boot loop? Reformat the card as exFAT and try again.
  • BLE not appearing? Confirm a steady (not flashing) cyan LED; the web tool needs Chrome or Edge.
  • Charging not starting? Try a different USB-C cable — many are charge-only.
