Before submitting
Quick checks that often resolve the issue faster than a ticket:
- ›LED behavior unfamiliar? Check the LED reference in the Device Manual.
- ›SD card / boot loop? Reformat the card as exFAT and try again.
- ›BLE not appearing? Confirm a steady (not flashing) cyan LED; the web tool needs Chrome or Edge.
- ›Charging not starting? Try a different USB-C cable — many are charge-only.
