Your Network

Connect your organization's own ChirpStack so its gateways carry your collars, and choose which collars ride it.

By default your collars report through the CollarID network. If your organization runs its own ChirpStack you can connect it here with four things from it: the web address you log in at, your tenant ID, an API key made for CollarID, and the radio band your gateways use. Saving sets everything up on your ChirpStack for you (an application, a collar device profile and the integration that forwards collar data to CollarID) and tells you the step it stopped at if it could not. Our server must be able to reach your ChirpStack over the internet; Test checks that and the key. A collar on your network is heard only by your own gateways, so leave a collar on the CollarID network if it roams past other people's gateways.
