Firmware update

Web-based DFU over USB-C with a BLE handshake. Use Chrome or Edge, with the cover off and a USB-C data cable plugged directly into the computer — no dongles or hubs.

Web firmware flashing works on macOS and Linux only. Windows blocks browsers from accessing the device in DFU mode, so Connect & Flash will not detect the device on Windows. Follow the Windows flashing guide instead.

1 Connect over BLE — put the collar in BLE mode (steady cyan LED)

2 Reboot the device into DFU mode — it will disconnect from BLE

3 Select firmware and flash over USB-C

4 Verify & reboot — automatic; wait for the boot animation, then close up
